Ordering
Can I cancel or make changes to an order after placing it?
You can only make changes to an item once it has been delivered. It is not possible to make changes to an order in the meantime.

Free shipping is included in the price in Norway.
Delivery
Where can I have the item delivered?
Your item will either be delivered to the address provided when ordering, or to the nearest delivery location.
What do I do if the item I received is incorrect?
If, contrary to expectations, you receive the wrong item – please contact us so that we can correct it and send the correct item.
How long does it take from the time I order an item until it is delivered to me?
All orders are shipped the first business day after ordering. Delivery time from 2-5 business days, depending on the postal service.
Is it possible to order from you if I live outside Norway?
Goods can be ordered to Europe, but shipping costs will apply.
Are there options for Pick-up instead of having the item delivered to your home?
Currently we only offer mail order.
Exchange/return
Is it possible to exchange or return an item? If so, how do I do it?
You can! Get in touch and we will handle your return.
Do I have to pay shipping myself if I want to exchange or return an item?
Yes, it is covered by the customer.
Will I get my money back if I exchange/return an item?
If you want to exchange or return an item, you will receive a credit note equal to the amount you purchased.

Can I buy gift cards from you?
Yes, you can! Contact us until the gift card becomes visible in the online store.
How long does the gift card expire?
12 months from the time the gift card is activated.
Can I return a gift card?
It is not possible to return a gift card.
What is the minimum amount for a gift card?
The minimum amount is 100 kr.
